In college, Brittany majored in psychology. She always had an interest in helping and counseling people, which lends itself well to the practice of law. Brittany Auberger is an experienced trial attorney who began practicing in 2009 after graduating from the University of Richmond School of Law. She focuses on all family law issues, including helping clients through divorce, custody, visitation, child support, and spousal support matters. Brittany is certified as a Guardian ad litem - an attorney who represents children. She draws on that experience to provide a unique perspective to parties in custody and visitation cases. She also represents clients in criminal and traffic matters ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony cases.

Brittany draws on her experiences in different areas of the law to help clients decide the best way to move forward. She is committed to listening to clients and advocating for the best result, whether through settlement negotiations or taking a case to trial. Brittany utilizes trial skills and her extensive experience in the courtroom if a case requires litigation.
