ATTORNEY PROFILE
Jace helps his client identify and achieve their objectives while maintaining their dignity and protecting their families and finances during emotionally difficult transitional times in their lives. Jace graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board, a John Marshall Scholar, and research assistant to Professor W. Hamilton Bryson.
After law school, he served as a Law Clerk in the Chesterfield County Circuit Court for one year. He has since practiced law throughout the metro-Richmond area and has appeared in various courts throughout Virginia. He also serves as a guardian ad litem for children.
In addition to litigating cases, Jace is trained in mediation and the collaborative law process. He believes it is important to consider all methods of dispute resolution to best determine and meet a client’s needs. Some cases call for aggressive litigation. In others, a more tactful, finessed approach is appropriate. Many cases require a blended approach.
